What does making youtube videos have to do with being a staff member?
It also might be a good idea to read up on the requirements as you currently meet none of them.

Not to mention that you're indirectly advertising for your servers if you've many any youtube videos about them.

Oh, and just for the record, we don't need any more publicity. We already get more noobs joining each day than we know what to do with.

It's perfectly possible to make videos about MineRealm without being staff. In fact, being staff would, if anything, make it more difficult, because you would have to completely disable chat while recording to prevent secrets from being leaked, assuming you would actually have any time to record without being interrupted by noobs every ten seconds.

Are you sure you're 15? Are you super, duper sure? Besides, (other than not fulfilling almost all the criteria) you need to be 18 or older to even be considered for a staff position.

Just make Minecraft videos, you don't need to apply for a staff position.

.... AND we don't need anyone else sullying the good name of Cyrus.
