1.) You do not meet the forum-age requirement (60 Days)
2.) You're not nearly old enough, and by the time you are, I highly doubt people will even still be playing Minecraft. (18 Years old is the age requirement)
3.) While it's not really a requirement, grammar and spelling are very important when applying for a staff position.

While you mostly followed the guidelines, the information you provided is likely not worthy of being accepted (ignoring the first two glaring points I made earlier) as it is very lackluster.

As Techno said, you don't satisfy the requirements. We need ADULTS as staff so we can trust them to be professional. Read VVolfie's and Torns apps, for example, to see professionalism.
