There are very specific requirements needed to be stadd (go read them). You do not satisfy these requirements at the moment. Save yourself the humiliation and don't apply for staff right now. It will be immediately rejected.

On a somewhat related note, I'm also thinking of submitting an application to be Kevoron. Every server should have an abundant supply of good Kevorons, and I feel that making me Kevoron would make this server better and improve our chances of being featured on Planet Minecraft.

EDIT:
Consider making your application follow a more standardized format, as seen here in an application from the greatest staff member Kevoron the server has ever seen.
