I see no evidence that you could be a good staff member. You spelling certainly indicates otherwise.

It seems like you knew this wouldn't be accepted? If you are going to post something like this just to see if people would hypothetically want you as a staff, this should go in the chat section, not staff applications, which is reserved for actual applications. You might recieve a small forum ban for posting it here.

As was pointed out earlier, asking what people would think of you as a staff member belongs in chat, not with actual staff applications. Additionally, telling another player to "shut up" tends to immediately disqualify an applicant, and breaks the rule of "respect others".
