About Yourself: I have a job as a secretary in the office of a minor company. My hobbies are Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) coding and of course, Minecraft.
Qualifications: I am a Moderator on BowTieCraft, a VIP (form of staff) on Alpha-Wolf Gaming and (former*) Co-Moderator on Freemine.
Why you deserve this position: I have experience as a Moderator and other forms of staff (as shown above) and I do a good job settling real-life disputes as well as in-game ones.
Availability: I am available four hours a week.

Well your qualifications and previous experience and whatnot looks pretty good...but I don't really know you are :/ and 4 hours a week isn't very much..

Apart from the obvious not meeting criteria part of it, what exactly were you banned for considering your rep is 3/10?

Not a good start for a staff application

i hate to be negative on this kind of threads but sadly i have to agree with everybody in here you need to play on MineRealm a little more so people recognise you and thats one of the requirements (i think). but i wish you good luck dont give up

That's not the reason why you won't get the position, though. If you see how many posts people have made (for example), you will see that some have 1,000 or even more than 2,000 posts. Your first post was this application, and your rep is very low. If you really want this position, you need to be well known by the community, etc. etc. Look around the forums a little bit and see the other staff applications. Even people who are extremely well-known and have been playing for over 2 years don't get staff.

Note you just joined yesterday. Frankly, you wouldn't meet the actual standards for a staff application at all. You provided people with little information at all, which gives us no indication about you. As well as you joined yesterday and was running around saying, "Free swords at spawn" and was spamming that in certain amounts of time. Also note that staff will most likely like people who are veterans, unlike you, to be staff, since they are knowledgeable and mature on minerealm
