How do you build without using a gamemode?

I also find it very hard to read your application because of the lack of punctuation. It looks like one giant sentence about you.

The staff are not ops, so they don't get access to creative mode. The only special powers they have are grief-sensing and rollbacks. Also, read the requirements before making a staff appy. I'm pretty sure that you don't fulfill any of them.

Anyway, being a staff is tedious, and you get little to no benefit from it, so while you wait until you fulfill the requirements (and the correct format, including spelling and grammar, which are both very important for a staff member, who has to look and sound professional), ponder that. Remember, no special powers except anti-grief, and they have to spend a large amount (at least 3/4, I'd say) of their MineRealm playing time helping people, which takes time away from playing. Ask VV about it. Also, you need to be 18, which I'm 99% sure you aren't.

Have fun on MineRealm, but spend a lot of time thinking before you make a staff application. (And wait until you aren't a noob anymore, how long you've played is on of the requirements.)
