Once a staff application has been established, it's just left there until Intelli wants more staff. He then randomly picks funny-looking nubs--I mean, goes carefully through all the staff applications and decides on the merits of each, and which of them would make the best staff.

Either way, it doesn't need to be kept active.

Also, staff applications are practically never rejected, just not accepted. The only rejected appy I've seen was #JOLO2012. xD

Update to my application:

I will be starting my new job on 11th March so my play time will be greatly reduced as I will be working 12 hours a day 5 days a week, so mainly I will be on during the weekend. I wish to still have my application considered if and when more staff is needed. Unfortunately if I were to be accepted I will not be able to provide help for such a wide range of time like recently where I have been active around 10 hours most days.

This is also sort of an announcement for my friends/acquaintances that my play time will be decreasing soon *sad face*
