if i can put up an ban request on a person and that person puts up an request on another person can say to that other pesron that if he doesnt dropp the ban request i will ban request him. and the question is is that illegal or? i just want to know because it has happend to me

So are you asking if it is legal to blackmail someone so they don't ban request another individual?

Well, it's not 'Illegal' but it's pretty dull and it will get shot down the very next second.

not really im asking if its illegal to blackmail someone with evidence to back up the ban request just so that person will dropp the ban request

Oh, I see now. That's illegal, just like if you catch an x-rayer and say you won't ban request him I'd he gives you 5 diamonds.
