Fun fact: gelatin is made from boiled pig skin and horse hooves. Gelatin is one of the main ingredients in marshmellows.

I knew that... therefore, I stopped eating anything with gelatin, including marshmellows, poptarts, jello, rice krispies, etc.

Ever since I have discovered this I have started a new diet of eating products only made of gelatin products.

But a question arises, what are the main sources of gelatin for our yummy sweets and deserts?
