Hello Everyone,
Tomorrow after my nightshift I'm doing a sponsored run for Charity for Sports Relief, which is similar to Comic Relief except people raise money through doing physical sporting events.
I'm doing a 6 mile run around Plymouth starting at the Hoe Promenade and I'm aiming to see if I can run it in about an hour.

Come visit my the link below to help me raise my sponsorship target!

Sports Relief helps raise money for a number charitable functions and more information can be found on the following link; http://www.sportrelief.com/about-us

Thanks everybody! Just putting on my running shoes now off I'll trot.
I'm doing the Plymouth Half Marathon later this year, might do the full London Marathon next year.
Todays run will be perfect practise for it. ^^
