I'm trying to find the right windows 7 to install on my Mac (using bootcamp). If you have an idea on which one I should use, please post. I keep hearing that theres one that is only $100 but I can't seem to find it.

In all seriousness, the cheapest one you can get is Windows 7 home premium which is about $300

If you are a student, you can get a super-cheap upgrade copy that works with XP or Vista here:
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/mss ... D.37826100
Or you could go through your University or School.

I just buy a computer and get the OS pre-installed. Sucks that Windows 7 costs so much, but it's worth it. And you really can save a ton with student discounts. I got most of the Office programs for $100. Full editions.
