There isn't even a link to click. He expects us to copy and paste the URL ourselves. Not gonna happen, bro.

I'm pretty sure he's not a POTUS candidate though; I'd probably recognize the name if he was.

Has something to do with arresting some dude called Joseph Kony and making him famous through film so people are aware.

Kind of sad that it took a viral youtube video to inform people of what goes on over in central africa.

I've said it once and I'll say it agin, Kony 2012's efforts are not enough to stop Kony. Politicians are known for saying something and doing something entirely different. Many politicians have agreed to do something about him, but how many will actually follow that agreement? We live in a capitalistic society where every little bit of oil counts. The US only has so many troops. Many of those troops are going to the middle east to (mostly) take all the oil. How many politicians are going to send those troops to central africa? Sure, the people are going to push them to stop Kony. But others aren't going to care. It all comes down to the majority opinion. AND in this day and age, ALL politicians will say they will do something about Kony. Few will actually do something and it's impossible to know which ones will. The president is the main guy (or woman), head of the military. It's all up to him/her.

This guy who started the Kony 2012 movement is going directly to the source and not focussing on the real problem keeping anything from happening - american politics. Change that and we change everything. You have the tires, the engine, the body, but without any gas you're not going anywhere. And once you do get the gas, you can go beyond your desired destination.

Peace out guys and girls. Have fun on minerealm.

I don't support Kony 2012 for the reason Techno pointed out. They spend millions on making films, paying employees, running operations.. but not that much on the actual cause, it appears. Just because an organization says they're doing something for a good cause, make sure they aren't just supporting a good cause for the money.
