Roobean this is specifically meant for you.
I will be running multiple benchmarks over the course of today and I challenge you with your Mac to do the same. Post your results below (In picture form).
Here are the programs-
Cinebench
AIDA64
Geekbench-
http://browse.geekbench.ca/geekbench2/557965
(If you find more please tell me as I don't know which bench-marking programs work with Macs)

I love how the side of your screen is loaded with CPU performance readers.

Three more since they wouldn't fit.
Those are not performance meters. Those are usage meters.

Although I've used both and prefer PC, I won't take sides on this I will just post any information I find on the Subject or which is better Mac or PC.

pft, linux > all.
Do me a favor and run the default truecrypt benchmark on your Phenom, I'll do it on my Sandybridge in a bit.
http://www.truecrypt.org/downloads It should be a decent cross platform cpu test.

That first link is a load of bs. You can run Mac OS on a PC (Hackintosh), my computer only takes 20-30 seconds to boot and 15-20 to shut down.

Well the problem is that it is illegal to install Mac OS on anything but a Mac.
I may get in on this when I re-seat my V8 cooler, over-volt the fan, and get my rig in a decent case (currently in the plainest black mid tower case imaginable) so I can finally OC my i7 920 to 4GHz (with help from 2 serious overclocking veteran friends, and Asus ROG board)
specs:
-PSU:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817341044
-CPU: i7 920 1366 socket (8 processing threads stock speed:2.66 but OC's to 4 GHz seem to be pretty common, I may only go to 3.66 though)
-GPU:
http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/AMD_ ... 2DI4S2GD5/
-MOBO:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_ ... I_Formula/
-RAM:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820231225
Edit: hard drive specs are kinda embarrassing other than the fact they are western digital they are cheapo refurbs set up so I can use my machine until I find a suitably priced large SSD, any recommendations are appreciated.

Benchmarking is useless unless your an avid computer user who is constantly upgrading and testing hardware and or doing reviews for products.

I don't see the problem anywhere.
