Basically, connect your headphones to your laptop/computer, put your headphones in your ears, have the volume reasonably loud and read this:

Enjoy having nightmares for the next week.
EDIT: If you have a serious medical condition (heart, possibly even asthma if it's bad), then definitely do NOT watch this, don't want to be responsible for any deaths now.

It's Korean, actually. Chinese is all Kanzi (ideograms), Japanese is a mix of kana and kanji (squiggly characters, simple angular characters, and ideograms derived from Chinese), and Korean is Hangul (circles and angular lines).
