So today I was online, and then this happened:



Turns out this was because the phrase: "fuc" is a swear in Helpbot's eyes.

Can this be fixed?

This is a common problem I've noticed, people getting warned by helpbot for writing words that have bad words in them. I'd imagine it would take a bit of time to change helpbots filter to fix this and it would open up the possibilities for people to add curses into actual words :/

It's fairly simple regex to detect swearwords that aren't substrings of longer words, but that makes it easier to bypass. Which, incidentally, is why automated swear filters are idiotic and helpbot's one should be scrapped.

Except none of those words trigger the filter, so...

Don't you have to swear multiple times in close proximity to each other to be banned? It's unfortunate that you got banned for that, but you had to have already caught help bot's attention...
