So, I have a problem.

Accessing the server and playing on the server has today been near on impossible. I keep getting error messages whilst in game saying timed out and other such things. At first I thought, ok, maybe it's the men fiddling around in the box outside my house - but they left and still the problem continues.

You could say, it's your internet, it's your pc etc... but No. It's none of these and here is how I know.

My internet is fine. Both on my laptop, gaming pc and xbox, my internet is running fine. Able to download, browse and play online games with no lag or connection issues - the issue just sits with Minecraft.

My pc is also fine. I use a high end gaming pc. As stated above all gaming via the internet works fine. I have tried many games today on my pc without fail. All is working fine - apart from Minecraft.

So, do you have any thoughts? I've tried everything.

- Reinstalled Minecraft
- Restarted the system
- Restarted my internet
- Changed all my internet cables.

Nothing.

I just don't know what to do...

Torn, you may or may not remember, i was having the same problem yesterday, came on today and all's as it normally is. i reckon its like a 24hr stomach bug mate
Just take an MC break and play xbox for a while

Make sure your on the very latest version, I think its the 7 beta or something that works best.

Could also try using cmd.exe to perform simple trace route (tracert) to minerealms direct IP and whichever ping comes back the highest is where the problem is. If you need help I can try to assist in forum PM's.

This happened exactly to me. I suggest redownloading Minecraft.
