Bozarth.

I had a nearly full double chest of clay balls. I come on from being banned as see most of them gone, along with all of my valuables in the chest next to my bed (Glowstone, Lapis, other things) and my food chest missing alot of the food i gathered while getting the said clay. I would like them back. It may be your realm but that is still considered stealing considering i spent my time and energy gathering all the clay. You and I are the only ones with access to the realm to which i reside... I do not appreciate being called your closest friend to find out you stole from me. Hopefully this will be resolved without admins.

Intelli announced you were perm banned. He is in the right to take your items for himself. Now that you are unbanned you haven't given him a chance?

If someone had a chest in my realm and they were banned I would take that stuff

he never announced that i was perma-banned. And if he did. I would like pics or it didnt happen.

Fact remains. You don't steal. I am giving him a chance. He is never on when i am on, so i posted it here. As i said, i hope it is resolved WITHOUT admins. Please mager, take your ignorance somewhere else.

She's back and if bozarth isn't made to give back the things he took (or gives them willingly), then I will reimburse what I can.

No, they don't. If you are banned, you are gone. Considering Intelli had already stated in a post that players making goodbye posts would be banned, it seems to be a reasonable assumption that you won't be back and that your stuff is lootable. However, he should still gotten an okay from an admin before doing so.

Incorrect. I said "banned", not "perma-banned". Any banned players can make an appeal. Heck, even perma-banned players can make appeals.

tl;dr: I never said "perma-banned".
