As a sniper? Never. I take sniping very seriously(in regards to videogame multiplayer), and when you make a clean kill as a sniper you instantly move to another spot before your next kill, while trying to avoid contact with enemy forces at all times. Any contact with an enemy will negate the anonymity granted by a new sniper position, and requires a quick turn around that both avoids the path you were going to take and the way you came.
What the person in the video did was make a clean kill, then run across the enire map killing anything as he went(which earns him agression from other players who will hunt him down relentlessly when they respawn), cut across open ground so all the enemy snipers will have a bead on him and also know his possible locations due to the area he is now in(which seems to be in enemy held ground, another no no). His childish T-humping of the first kill he made is going to possibly show up on the kill cam as well, and if the humpee has a mic, everyone will know that [USERNAME HERE] is an idiot, and the entire team will chase him down or team kill.
Again, a sniper's job is primarily to neutralize other snipers. Next, a sniper must clear out any fortified or placed turrents pereventing his team from moving forward. The last duty of a sniper is to even out the odds by picking off entrenched enemies. A sniper should never, unless they run out of ammo and cannot get anymore, actively engage the enemy in ways that bring the sniper and the opponent face to face.

I've never done it.
Because I'm horrible at FPS and usually am lucky if I get any kills at all.
