Trapped in nether. Help Me!

NTC people are crazy: Since 2 hours they wait near x:300 z:75 in the nether, waiting or me to log in again
3 vs. 1 is not fair!
Please help me!

You're not trapped, trapped would be unable to do anything, you can log in and try to run, or die like you should.

If you're really that desperate, just die. (that sounds kinda harsh) Yeah you might lose a few glowstone or other precious materials, but really! You can get more later... usually.
