A realm went public near me due to the owner not playing for 30 days. Can I take the ten diamond blocks underneath it, and or stuff in the chests? (Don't worry, I have not touched anything yet. Would prefer a mod/admin's opinion. Thanks!!!!!!

You can buy the realm (/realm purchase), then you own all the items inside of it, you can take them, move them, then go back to the realm and sell it to the server, in which case you get 9,000 credits back (/realm sell).

This is true, but remember that the original owner can claim the materials for up to two weeks after you take them. Perhaps it is unlikely that the player will be returning if he's been gone for 30 days already, but if by some chance he does come back soon, you would have to return the materials to him.

be careful with what canna said, because cjmac was banned for doing exactly that. Cj may have done so without intention of just the items, but was banned for doing so anyways.

Uhm, no you're allowed to purchase a realm, therefor you're the owned of the contents inside. You can't steal your own items...

This is correct. You may purchase the realm. Put all the previous owner's blocks inside of chests. If they claim their items then you should allow them to have them. However, if they do not claim them within two weeks, then they are your property.

Well it doesnt matter anymore because I just bought the 2 realms that made up the chest room and since the owner was part of the group Exclusive I will hold onto them for him. It was also 17 diamond blocks not 10 =p. BTW your pieville is just a bunch of random blocks. Its a pretty bad eyesore imo.

Ohhhh. That stinks! I was going to turn one room into a slime farm. Also, it's not like exclusive is so amazing. You probably have never been inside the "random assortment of blocks" or ridden the roller coaster , or seen my secret lair. Exclusive only looks better because it is not people friendly. Pieville may not be the Taj Mahal, but i have been a welcome guest there several times and their roller coaster is awesome :o
