Of the 3, I think The Binding of Isaac is the most fun.
Blocks that Matter is a blatant rip-off of minecraft, but I think I read somewhere that Notch thought it was awesome.

It is based around Tetris and MineCraft. I think Notch also helped make it, not sure though.

lol, the backstory revolves around two indie game developers Markus (Notch) http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Notch and Alexey (Tetris creator) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexey_Pajitnov. The likeness is kinda funny. XD
