Does recent upspike in bans make the game better for you?

Numerous people where banned due to "bad language", including people that build cool realms right at spawns and overall make this server/world interesting.
If you do not know what is going on, the Ban section is rather active with appeals.
How do you fell about it? Please post short explanation too.
Of course I respect server owner wishes as always, but hopefully he might listen to our opinions, therefore this pool

I love it! Just a few complaints on the things considered swears, but otherwise +1!

I like the bans. If you dont know how to play by the rules then you should not get to play.
And if you have been on the server for awhile and built cool stuff at spawn, then you should know the rules and know that people get banned all the time for breaking them.

To be honest I dont really mind it, they get warnings before they get banned so there is no excuse to continue swearing.

It just miscalculations in the bot's interpretation. The bans for actual foulness are legit.

Personally, I think help bot shouldn't be allowed to ban at all. Banning is for the mods and admins, not a non-living chat thingamabob/plugin.
It is good for people who go around spamming "f*** f*** f*** f***", but help bot is a little over sensitive. A few people were warned for saying "crap" which is hardly a swear.
We are also losing helpful, caring, and overall, awesome players because of this artificial moderator and I think that this menace should be stopped.

To be honest, I like that help bot is banning people for swearing. Now there's still some bugs that need to be worked out, obviously. But those that swear have absolutely no excuse. There is clearly a sign at every spawn point that says "NO Swearing."
There can be no excuses.

I love the help bot. I laugh at the people that got banned by it for language and think it's a mistake. Intelli doesn't code things for no reason, he always has good intentions.
