Raging about RAGE, the game

While the game itself is a masterpiece from id, it was very poorly released on PC with a graphic issues-ridden debut.
Unless you own a high-end computer, specifically with an Nvidia graphic cards, it ain't gonna be a smooth ride.
My game was running fine as heck until the release of a patch that was supposed to fix issues with ATI users...

was excited, looked at review, now am ready to buy the game. But if rage got a 10 for its graphics, then battlefield must get a 11 or something!

I think Simon from the Yogscast had this problem, look up Simon's Rage on YouTube to see how bad it is. :x

Pshhh ATI. And the patch was supposed to use the RAM built into graphics cards. Apparently when the game came out it didn't do that. Well now it does, I just haven't updated my drivers on my gfx card to take advantage of this update. Because we all know updating drivers for gfx cards usually involves a restart and nobody wants to do that. Anyway, my brother has updated his game and gfx and he no longer has texture popping. Even if I don't update my drivers I'm still running smooth at 60+fps, all settings high.

I doubt I would be able to get the game for PC, my computer blows. Console maybe, but it looks like its only strong points are its graphics.
