I was renting this realm, owned by a guy named "Brandon194", it was all going good, then he was banned. He wanted me to have everything of his. He told me where his rares were. Am I allowed to take his home like he wanted me to without being banned? Two articles of proof:

I'd say yeah, go for it. He gave you permission to take it. And it's not like he's ever gonna come back and need it.
