Looking for a good 1.9 seed, where you spawn in/near a village. Post a link (If there are pics for it on a site), and the seed.

I can't tell if you spawn near a town. I might try them.

Every map will have several..you just have to look a little

You know the seed # is right if you spawn on a tree in a swamp.

In the body of water right next to the village is an underground waterfall at the bottom of it leading to a ravine (x22 z236).

I just put that in. Is that a 1.8 or 1.9 Pre-release seed becasue i spawned in a pine forest.

Its the current official version (1.8). I'll double check my exact numbers but you should spawn on top of trees, I'm pretty sure they are oak.

Edit: Double checked my original post and the numbers are indeed correct.
