Dead Island or Deus Ex

Now I am unsure which game to buy out of the two on Ps3 and i was wondering what your thoughts are for which game is better. Right now I am leaning more towards Dead Island as I like zombie games but am still very interested in Deus Ex.

Having played Deus Ex I can say that it is an amazing game and a lot of fun. However, it is slightly linear. Dead Island looks like fun though.
