Just want to know some people's opinions on the Debt Celling, and what people think would happen if we default. WWIII anyone? Lol... I hope not.

How would defaulting cause WWIII?

Here is the problem, it is a national problem, not a world wide problem.

I was being kinda sarcastic but a mix of serious there. The only reason I said that would be, if we default, we stop paying China what we owe them. This would make them pretty mad. Now, if they would get mad enough, they could attack (which I doubt).

If that happened, Brittan and probably Canada would step in and other countries might too, some aiding China. Thus WWIII...

You think that England has the funds to help out the USA? We have just bailed out both Ireland and Greece aswell as nearly all our own banks. England is hugely in debt already, borrowing over $700 billion a year already because our incomes don't match our spendings (<------ Democracy caused that problem, but thats something for another day).

People, it is all comes down to a little organization called, The UN. Go read up on the regulations. Then you will find some interesting things.
