Dude, those are some high qualitie dubsteps! I want to learn how to make dubstep. I easily could, but it's just pretty complicated. How long does a song take you, on average?

Time to make a few minutes of audio can vary, sometimes I work on a track for a few hours, sometimes I take days to make it. Best way to learn how to do it is just start messing around with a music program and practice at it!
Most of that stuff there are works in progress, working on getting a few songs together for an album in the future.

Two of my favorite artists have new singles out, quite different sides of the spectrum
1st: Bjork
http://disconaivete.com/post/6899643048 It's Bjork so it's awesome but...it's gonna be an "app album" due to partnership with Apple, crap!
2. ANTHRAX!
http://www.anthrax.com 1st Single off "worship music" and the first track to have Joey on it in over 2 freaking decades. It kicks all sorts of ass.
There ya go

Yeah I have massive and fruity loops, but I just dont have the motivation to make a tune.
Anywho, some of the music I like is Digitalism (awesome rock/electro), Daft Punk, Deadmau5, Skrillex, Flux Pavillion, Dr. P, Noisestorm (pretty underground, GREAT dub artist), basically all dubstep except for some UKF. UKF has been letting me down lately. I like a ton of rock too - Four Year Strong, Blink (seeing them in August), Yellow Ostrich (mega indie), Paul Baribeau (very underground, not really rock, but close), Rise Against, most pop punk.

I used to use FL when I first started, moved to ableton live about 2 years ago. I also have massive, amazing VST to work with, get some really nasty sounds from it.
Pretty much all of the artists you mention I love. Ever browsed beatport?
