Hey folks!

So as you may know through my other thread, "YouTube Channels - Content and Feedback", I have a YouTube channel.

Now, as you can likely see, my current banner on the channel just isn't up to scratch. I created it myself when I started the channel and to be frank, I'm really not happy with it.

So, I turn you, creative artsy people. I'm looking for some new designs that I could use for my YouTube banner and that will also be featured on my Twitter.

Or, if you can't create something yourself, do you have any tips, ideas or thoughts about what should or shouldn't be included in a YT banner? I'd like to find out what you'd like to see.

not to brag, but I'm kind of a graphical designer/artist. Paint.net was taking a while to download, so these could be a little bit better, but I think they're satisfactory.

this one is for the average gaming channel look; I think it is quite quaint and down to earth: and this one, well, you can appeal to the ladies with your sax playing skills. Saximus Nerd. You'll be a star. I hope I won this competition

If I can catch a break from work and the like, I could possibly try to cobble together something actually presentable. I just would need to know what you would want to see in the banner; obviously the channel name, but besides that- any information (Twitter, etc.,) any colour preferences? I can't promise the highest quality work, since I'm not the most artsy around and would most likely have to rush, but if you can give me a general overview of what you'd like to see included and perhaps optimal dimensions (if not already provided,) I can try to get something for you.

(And I promise, no little signature or identifying mark. Don't even need to give credit if you end up using it. I could also submit it as a PNG or a PSD, so you could see the layering and tweak it to your preference. Whatever you'd want to see, I can do my best to make it happen.)
