Now before I give the link I want to say, I've always wanted a story mode to MineCraft. But a skyrim like feel, or FarCry3-4, or call of duty, or watch_dogs, or you know, any modern friggin' console game. https://mojang.com/2015/10/minecraft-st ... most-here/
According to mojang Telltale (the guys responsible for the point and click walking dead games) are making a MineCraft game with a "story mode" Though it's complete garbage. You don't actually play MineCraft, but instead choose from 4 different boxes of script, and watch the crappy characters act like a bunch of idiots.

Seems like a waste of time.
Minecraft isn't meant for story, its a sandbox game.

I find it bizarre this has a timed demo of episode 1 on PS3 but not on PS4.

It's supposed to be pretty good according to /r/Minecraft. Memey, but decent, and not the kid-only ripoff some of us were worried about.

Doesnt look like anything I'd want to spend my money on, but if gets marked down quite a bit on sale I might try it.
