If you're the new owner(s) of the realm plot in the image, I just have a small request...
Can I have at least two of my horses back?
They took a while to pull to the middle of the sea. I'd appreciate it.
You can keep the house, two of the four horses and everything inside the house. Only need the two horses.

And yes I left a book in the "mailbox" I made a while back that asks the same thing in case you don't check the forums and to keep it on official record that I did at least ask.
