Secret Santa 2014!
Its coming up to that time of the year again…. CHRISTMAS! Once again people of MineRealm can join in this years event, secret santa! Secret Santa is an opurtunity for the people of MineRealm to share gifts with one and another as well as making the community more engaged.
For those of you that don't know what secret santa is:
Secret Santa is something commonly done among schools, work places, and sometimes among family members. The participants receive a random name whom which they will present a kind gift to on the holiday of choice. Who got your name, and who's name you have is kept a secret until that day.
How the event will work in MineRealm:
If you'd like to participate in MineRealm's Secret Santa event, you can submit your name to me on the forums in a pm, or in game. (or those of you that have skype can message me) I will stop taking names on December 16th, giving those who wish to sign up two weeks to do so. After I get all the participants I will use a random generator to pick off names one by one and list who gets who's name. You will receive a book from me with their name on it in game, or get confirmation from me on the forums if we happen to be on at different times. I would like the event day to be December 30th and 31st or whenever you get the chance to see your Secret Santa. (If you have trouble getting in contact with them speak to me)
Disclaimer: This is meant to be FUN, I do not intend to start a religious dispute or quarrel because of the name choice. It is simply a kind thing that I hope many people will partake in. Also, please do not complain if you get a name of a person you do not particularly know, or are not particularly fond of. The Secret Santa event is made for the spirit of giving, so everyone put their happy faces on and have fun!
