Yeah since microsoft bought minecraft I now want to enjoy some shader mods. 2 things been getting in my way though. One is what is a dang good shader mod to use in conjunction with my john smith legacy texture pack, and how do I install a shader mod without downloding/installing this and that to use, or with very little this and that as possible, as well as being so dang simple?

Also helps to have a decent rig.
I used to get 10-20 FPS with an i7 and stock NVIDIA GTX645 OEM.
Threw a GTX 760 in there and it's in the 60+FPS now
Still feels low when you average 300-400 FPS standard O_o

BTW the non-forge version can be combined with Optifine during install if you use/prefer that.
