I'll make this quick. Has anyone ever experienced a bug like this? This is really annoying, and it hurts my eyes alot...

And yes, my Java is up to date.

Quick suggestion, although I'm guessing you already tried.
Have you tried deleting the MC version you use and let it re-download?

TBH it looks more like the resource pack you're using is corrupt.
Is it constantly like this or flickers in and out?

I agree with bu1ld0g. It could also be openGL, java, video card drivers. Try updating/reinstalling each. It does not look like all the textures are loading.

I also found a few thread you can check out:

Just thought I'd bump up this thread instead of creating a new one. I started to experience this a few minutes after I updated to 1.8.

As you can see in the top left, I am not being moved around. However, the game is rendering and tiling chunks that I assume are in my render distance, but I should not be able to see in my current location (my /home is an enclosed treehouse with only one window.

If you have optifine, try turnig it off, I had similar graphics glitches when using the ultra version (the standard worked fine though).

First things first, what CPU are you using?
Is it 64bit as I noticed you're running 32bit java.
Installing the correct java version can make a world of difference.

Another point of note, the GPU is possibly struggling to run MC.
From the launcher you can edit profile and force the resolution to a lower, more manageable one.

Does it run 1.8 ok in single player as MineRealm is still on 1.7.10 and there are incompatibilities.

Had this happen as well. This is cause by having over 16 chunks from what I have experienced. It's a glitch in Minecraft's Random chunk generator? Hard to tell, but if you set you chunks to at max 16, should fix the problem. In my experience at least. Most likely will patch that soon.

First of all, thank you for all of the response.
I never really bring my chunks up to more than 10, mostly because my computer is horrendous. However, I've been able to run Minecraft... okay, I guess, for the past 3 years.
As far as singleplayer goes, it doesn't run very well, but I don't have any of those rendering issues in singleplayer. CPU and GPU are both slower and older. I think that an upgrade is required at this point >_>
