Today I went through a nether portal, and on the other side, it was blocked. I have no way of getting out. The coordnets of the portal are X: -284, Y: 68, Z: 1729. Thank you for your help.

It appears to be unblocked right now. I'll talk to the owner as well to make sure it can't trap you in the future.
