Steam Summer Sale

We were talking about it in the DayZ thread, but I think the Summer Sale is big enough to deserve its own.
I recommend checking the subreddit /r/gaming each day to find this thread:
http://www.reddit.com/r/GameDeals/comme ... ale_day_1/
The rules are posted on a comment there, but I'll post them here for clarity.
Remember the Guidelines:
- If a game is in a daily sale or flash sale, that's likely the lowest price it will be during the sale.
- If you are considering a game that's NOT YET on a daily or flash sale, wait till the second last day to purchase it. This is because it MIGHT be cheaper if it goes on a daily or flash sale.
What games are people looking to pick up?
If you love minecraft, and love space, then check out Space Engineers. I've played 80 hours of it since I bought it a month and a bit ago and its awesome. Updates every thursday are a beautiful thing!
Good luck getting the deal you want!

I picked up Divinity yesterday. It looks like a very promising RPG.
Also, in case the Steam Sale isn't destroying your wallet efficiently enough, gog.com has their summer sale going, with various bundles and quick sales. They are a DRM free online store that has a lot of older games, and more indie games. They are also run by CDProjekt Red, who made the Witcher series, and are generally fairly decent people.

Tempted with the Legacy of Kain series personally.
Also Origin are hosting a free Titanfall weekend with the game on sale for $40USD

I agree with Mitch with that Space Engineers is a beautiful thing. For an alpha game, SE has already come a pretty long way, and it's developers clearly listen to what their supports suggest/want and weekly updates, no matter how small, are always a good thing!
That said, I got Planetary Annihilation today. It's pretty simple, but a little hard to get to grips for me personally, but this is coming from someone who plays too much LoL.
Busting planets... How fun! :3

I tend to not do early access/alpha/beta that much. I've found that what happens is I play them a bunch, get burnt out, and then never go back to play the completed version. Because of this, I've largely stopped playing them (though I still have quite a few through kickstarter, and some through steam). Out of this batch, I am looking at getting Kingdom of Amalur.
Finally, I would like to say that Team Red is not losing horribly, we are strategically conserving our resources to be able to dominate another day.

Ahh a fellow Team Red member. I'm sure it's all lies with the Green Team winning by such a huge margin.
Picked up Skyrim Legendary just cause it worked out cheaper to get the DLC as I already have the base game.
And today finished off the remaining Borderlands 2 DLC, namely the Headhunter packs. Also threw in Tomb Raider GOTY for $7.
Spent almost $60 so far and it's only half way through the first week of sales >.<

Green team here, it's obviously our superior intellect that caused us to win (though it seems pink is winning today :P)
I've picked up Risk of Rain, Papers, Please and Super Meat Boy so far (can't believe I didn't have them before this). I never got into badges and stuff before this so I need to level up to get those darn summer cards.

FTFY
Badges aren't something that bother me, inflating my list of games I'll never play on the other hand....
