When Staff isn't on.

This is what happens during the mist when staff isn't on all the time. The same player will also strike people out of the safe zone with food and then slay them with a normal sword. I have nothing on, I'm simply there to watch as the mist is active. The fact that a player has to abuse rules while a staff member isn't on to boost their leader board ranking is sad. Might as well call it cheating/boosting.

You're not allowed to kill anyone in the spawn point. the reason why he's dying is because the server is killing him for not following the rules.

False. While it may not be in "good form" to kill people at spawn, it's most certainly legal.

Then please do explain to me why I constantly see staff members kick people for breaking the rule. As well as reprimand them?

1. It's the mist. You chose to go to spawn. You could easily port home. Why didn't you?
2. You had nothing on you. What does it matter to you? I usually return items to those I ambush in Mist PvP. (Ask SkullRose and Mia if you don't believe me. I've returned their full sets of prot 4 unbreaking 3 to them)

What rules are you talking about? This is mist. Anarchy rules. There are no rules besides the obvious. You loose your things? Too bad. Someone kills you hundreds of times? Too bad you should have hidden. The only "rule" that exists is about spawn camping. This is enforced by the code that auto kills you for spam killing so people can't tp away home. But as Soc said, its perfectly legal to kill someone anywhere at any time. I've never seen anyone been scolded for killing during mist unless there is some sort of whining/swearing/outside-conflict involved.
