so i went to go check on my wilderness house (not actually in the wilderness, just on the border) and it seemed to have been wiped, even though i still own the realm. did this happen to anyone else? would staff be able to get my stuff back? the house was at -1275 -4975

It seems like that has happened, yes.

My guildie DarelleZindad lost her storage realm on the border, and also some of the guilds villies (really welltrained) to the wipe even if the realm wasnt set to be wiped.

The wiping system worked by wiping groups of realms more than 150x150 blocks in size.
Just because a realm was private did not mean it was safe from being wiped.
So your realm unfortunately got wiped because it was surrounded by public land.

The only proposed way for a private realm to be wiped was to flag your realm for the wipe, I have a lone realm (that I did not flag) that is surrounded by public realms, it did not get wiped. I fear this is something more to do with the wilderness region of the map.

No, that is not it. It was a glitch that effected realms along some of the borders. It is currently being looked into.
