This is crazy. (U.S south snow)

Anyone living deep in the U.S south tell me what your doing

So for those who remember, I live in alabama. For anyone in alabama you know what hell is. It's currently 8 degrees which is currently the best thing yet. After birminghamw as expected "just some flurries" we received 1-2 inches of snow. Alabama doesn't know how to deal with snow. Luckily my family does ( born in wisconsin). 500-1500 kids in Birmingham are spending the night at schools because no cars were able to drive. Around 500-1000 cars got into crashes it took my family 3 hours to get 4 miles. You can currently slide on your stomach down my road about 200-250 feet due to thick ice covering all roads. My dads car is parked at target down the road unable to get home. Thousands of people have parked there cars and walked miles home. Ambulances are being set out, to save other ambulances. Schools out for 2 and maybe more days. For alabama, it's complete hell, all roads stretching in a 50-75 mile radius from my house are closed so were home for a while!

So what are you guys doing?

So, the polar vortex moved south, eh? Now you southerners know what the rest of us had to deal with back in December.

Look at all the open shelters for stranded and all the tweets on the right

The difference from alabama and states that get a lot of snow is people cant drive, can't breath, can't pay attention. And well alabamas currently in a "state of emergency" low on propane low on food ECT.

I don't know whether to cry or laugh at that. We have about 8 inches of snow here and we still go to school, perfectly fine.

That sucks, wo1f.

Anyway, people will inevitable use this as "proof" that global warming doesn't exist...ignoring the fact that it was obviously global climate change that caused this.

There's a video on NASA's Youtube channel that shows the Earth's global temperature over the past 40 years I think it was. I'll post it here if I can find it.
