Because I could now with little effort find your info, such as your Twitter account, your Second Life account, the language you natively speak, etc. The only reason I ever look up people is because I have an obsession with having as much information as I possibly can, but I'm sure you're well aware that there are creeps on the internet. MineRealm is one of the safer places on the internet to give it out, true, but it's still public, and MineRealm is a popular server that can be viewed by anyone.

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all thro' the map
Not a user was stirring, not even xcrapz;

Hoping for diamonds, or a dyed leather vest;
Most nubcakes were nestled all snug in their huts,

As Krinbros's head had sustained a concussion,
I prepared for a fun, yet disturbing, discussion,
When I heard a noise from atop Intelli's tower,
That sounded like Astro singing in the shower.
I climbed up all those stairs just as fast as I could
(And believe me, if I could go faster, I would).
The light of Spawn City on the skyscraper's top
Showed a wonderous sight that made me, startled, stop;
For, what to my dark creeper eyes should appear,
but the staff pulling a vehicle that someone else steered.
He had such cold eyes, and no carriage was fleeter;
And I knew that it must be our Glorious Leader.
More weary than Darth_Lynch, his gasping staff came,
And he whistled, gave them tags, and called them by name:
"Now Aelcalan, BSG, Tornadic, you!
On VVolfie, Burt, Kero, Rokkrwolf312!"
"To the top of Spawn City! To the sky limit, too!
Dash away, before nubcakes start gnawing on you!"
As cobble before the Enderdragon melts,
They accepted the uncomfortable fate they'd been dwelt;
So to the sky limit, the poor staff, they flew,
With a lot of banhammers, and Intelli, too:
And then, in a twinkling, I heard in the sky,
Him wielding the hammer, as a hacker flew by.
As I scratched my head, and was turning around,
The carriage descended down onto the ground:
He was dress'd all in nickels, from his foot to his head,
And the aura of power with which Intelli led;
A bundle of diamonds was swung over his back,
And he looked like a robber just opening his pack:
His eyes—how they twinkled! His dimples: how merry,
His cheeks were like Rosesz, and his nose mercenary;
His VVolf-eating mouth was drawn up in part,
And the beard of his chin was as black as his heart;
The hammer of bans he held tight in his teeth,
And the aura of death was a horrible wreath.
He had a cold face, and a calculating stare,
And I had the feeling he knew I was there:
He was proud and aloof, and the staff's reins he clasped;
And in spite of myself, I gave a loud gasp;
With a wink of his eye, and a twist of his head,
I was kneeling before him, full of horror and dread.
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And stole all of my diamonds; then turn'd with a jerk,
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
He gave me a nod, and I cautiously rose.
He sprung to his carriage, and he gestured, alone;
I could swear that I heard SilentCitizen groan.
And I heard him exclaim, ere he drove out of sight—
"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"
