So just the old fart (jk im 15) wanting to check in on vortex. Haven't spoken to any members in 2+ months. How many peoples in vortex and is it still alive? If your in vortex make sure to comment! Or if your not tell me what you think of vortex since I've been gone. For those who don't know, I created vortex and gave leader to roach and how is roach! I must hear from him.

Vortex ain't bad. A lot of our oldies are gone/inactive, though

We haven't been doing any big Vortex-y stuff, either, but MineRealm in general is in a bit of a quiet period ATM.

Last time i was on, nothing major had occured and the major "vortex-y" stuff has really just, disappeared.

Boy do I remember Vortex, sure enough! That group was ridiculously hilarious when I joined, but got a little too vulgar for my tastes, so roach gave me his blessing and I went back to WOG (über quiet guild).

I agree with dlgn, not too much but that seems to be the status quo on minerealm. I am not sure if this is completely due to the upcoming public wipe/1.7.2 update or if it is due to something else.

I have not done anything for the guild since i joined, not too long ago btw. I don't think the wall is finished yet. I am not the most active guild member but I have not been asked/approached by guild leaders asking to contribute. I have not offered to help either as I had joined while neck deep in my own projects.

I have been looking forward to meeting you formally. I have played on the server about 2 1/2 years, but I don't think we have talked.

Not sure how long it's been like that but if you go top-side above the tripple skellie grind its all disbanded and griefed to death

That happened before OneMan left, Bu1l. We abandoned Old Vortex (except for the grinder) and built a new town elsewhere, because Old Vortex was at the map edge and built on a layer of dirt above the ocean.

Ahh, I thought it may have been something like that.

Kinda curious what New Vortex looks like, although I bet I've been there during one of my MR walkabouts
