YouTube/Twitter/Forum Display Picture/Banner - Help!?

I know what you're thinking, "oh god not another thread from this weirdo" - Yes, another thread! Woot!
What's the problem now?
I created a banner for my Gaming Youtube Channel (I'm sure you've seen my other thread). The issue right now is I'm not entierly certain on the "branding" of my channel. I do like my banner but based on advice, I still think it's still a little too... busy.
In addition, lets face it, the display picture might aswell be non-existent. I threw together the 'TG' for lack of another picture.
Trouble is, I used all my creative genius, (baring in mind I don't have any), on my banner. So that's where YOU come in!
How can you help me in my desperate time of need?
There are lots of creative people out there in the world of MineRealm Forums, so I put it to you, the community, please help? I know lot's of you are great artists and enjoy doing such things as a hobby, so if you'd like the throw up any ideas on branding/artwork, please feel free to do so!
What are you looking for?
Ok so here is a list of what I'm currently looking for in order to help build the "brand" - Not everything on this list is a must.
-Display Picture (Suitable for Youtube/Twitter/Forums) (Needed)
-Banner(s) (Suitable for Youtube/Twitter - possibly forum signatures) (Needed)
-A caricature/cartoon representation of me
-Video Intro
-Outro Screen (Sections for Previous Video previews etc...)
Are there any requirements?
Yes of course but not as restricting as you might think!
-Of course this will be on Social Networks and Youtube so it needs to be suitable, ie, no boobs
-A recurring theme throughout the artwork
-The Youtube banner needs to include this:
-Please be aware of the sizings for a Youtube banner. They can be located here: https://support.google.com/youtube/answ ... 3?hl=en-GB
-If you chose to create a design or video intro, anything include whether it be pictures or music needs to be free-to-use, meaning NO copyrighted things!
