Aside from the fact that apostrophes are God, there is just too much going on in that banner. Too much.

Ok, so here is Version 2 - I have trimmed down the amount of content in the banner and have also included a black background behind the white writing - Thoughts on this new design?

I like the second better, it seems less cluttered. The lettering goes through faces though... move it down?
Also, are you following youtube channel art guidelines? It seems like a tall banner to me, but I've never worked with youtube so I may have no idea what I'm talking about.

EDIT:

Here, I dropped the text slightly to take it off their faces.

The third seems to be a winner. Just need to change it from "Lets Plays" to "Let's Plays" and then all shall be fine.
