apparently minecraft.net was hacked by a DOS yesterday this link will explain it all.

I wouldn't call a DOS attack "hacking".
A DOS attack just takes a server offline while hacking is getting through a server's data protection and stealing login and credit card details etc.
But still, good explanatory video.

If hacking is breaking into someone's house, DOSing is throwing stones at it so no one can come outside.

Yeah, a DOS attack is not hacking at all.

just to be clear i know a DOS attack isnt hacking i just basically wrote what they said in the clip and its funny to see how most or all comments are just to correct the fact that the DOS isnt hacking
