The original post broke the limit and is currently stowed away on a thumb drive. I've scrapped plans to condense it, as it will never be read in that form. I'm also pretty sure this hasn't been stickied because all it effectively does is restate things that are already stickied, and it's too much information to be something that new players would ever sift through.

Unfortunate, but it doesn't change the goal. I just need to find a way to make this more streamlined than it already is... which I'm probably not spending the time to do unless I end up critically bored sometime this week.
