You state that the system has been broken as if it is breaking news.

But then again, I don't remember anyone returning from a one year ban, you have a point there.

Last I checked, permanent meant permanent. I guess it's just another term to throw around without really meaning it, like 'literally'.

Permanent usually means permanent. However Intelli had mercy on him, and saw he probly wouldn't do it again. I don't see why you guys are complaining.
