SimCity style redesign

What I am suggesting here is a redesign of the 4 main spawn realms and the surrounding ring of realms. The redesign would see changes to fit within a SimCity design. Buildings and such would also follow suite including a city hall, high density avenues and schools. We could branch off into further realms at a later date to include things such as a Vu Tower.
Come join the dark side. SimCity style!
