Wrong forum section.

Hmmm... are all bids binding, even in cases where the thread is accidentally posted in the wrong section?

Can't tell if taking part in the joking, or if being a stick-in-the-mud...

As if it that were not enough, the very decision to be random violates the definition of random. The only credible way to inject a truly random word into this topic would be to assign every word a number, then use random.org (or some other true-to-random-as-possible number generator) to find a value from one to whatever number was the last assigned to the final word.

The idea that "hur hur [or 'tee hee', if you prefer], I'm so random" disgusts me mathematically and sociologically.

Wow, man. You must be fun at parties.

I do not know where this came from, but I am compelled to respond.

While mathematically and and sociologically true, we must first discuss the very definition of 'random'. You chose the first and most logical definition, where something is made, done (etc.) without conscious decision or method. The statement you used as further argument, however, can be interpreted differently. When someone says "hur hur [or 'tee hee', if you prefer], I'm so random", it usually implies the other 'random' definition of unusual, unexpected or odd. In a structured and ordered society, this 'random' behaviour can be a lot more common, since it can go against some of its fundamental traits. While everyone has their own idiosyncrasies, when some of these are displayed, the actions may be deemed unusual or unexpected. What defines this as random, actually comes from others, since an individuals actions do not correspond with anything others have thought of before the action started. From this, 'random' behaviour is almost inferred by others, instead of created by the acting individual

In reality, whether "hur hur [or 'tee hee', if you prefer], I'm so random" is random, ultimately is concluded by the definition of 'random' one chooses to use.

So, TechnoProdigy, let's discuss 'fun'.

I can't tell if you're joking, or if you are also a massive stick in the mud (so to speak)

To be a monumental trunk in the mud, YOU SAID IT TWICE!
