Create a new world in single player, and it'll prompt you for a seed. Put that number in there.
As a side note, it also accepts letters for the seed, so you can put in something like your username.

I got out in less than two minutes :3 The amazing thing is that it puts you in the middle of a dungeon, which is ridiculously rare to be at sea-level.

I don't think it was a dungeon. It had no mossy and in the chest was bread and 4 iron. If that was a dungeon, it was a retarded one.
