Blob Devil from Mega man 9. Shadow Devil Mega man x5. Also Zero from Mega man x2 if you don't collect his missing parts from Agile, Violen, and Serges.

My favorite video game boss has to be The Great and Mighty Poo from Conker's Bad Fur Day. The boss is… well… a piece of poo that loves to sing opera! Its amazing and hysterical.

I completely forgot about nighty poo. Speaking of paper Mario 2 for the gamecube, I've unlocked the final chapter though I'm still doing missions at the trouble center.
